Prevention of Sexual Harassment at the Workplace

Our Commitment

Externix Informatics is committed to providing a safe and respectful work environment for all employees. We have zero tolerance for any form of sexual harassment and have established a comprehensive POSH policy in compliance with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013.

Scope

This policy applies to all employees, contractors, interns, and visitors at all Externix Informatics locations and during any work-related events or travel.

Internal Complaints Committee

We have established an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) as per the Act. The ICC is responsible for receiving and addressing complaints in a confidential, fair, and timely manner. All complaints are handled with the utmost sensitivity and discretion.

Reporting
