About This Role

Lead and motivate a team of outbound sales agents to achieve targets, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and mentor a team of 10–15 sales agents
  • Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for the team
  • Monitor calls and provide real-time coaching
  • Analyze team performance and prepare reports
  • Coordinate with operations for process improvements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales or telecalling
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience with CRM tools is preferred
