About This Role

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, resolve queries, and deliver exceptional service to clients across industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively across voice channels
  • Provide accurate information about products and services via call
  • Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions calls
  • Ensure chat SLA and response time targets are consistently met
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets for voice
  • Collaborate with team leads to improve processes and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
  • Strong typing speed and multitasking ability for chat support
  • Prior experience in a voice or chat process is a plus
  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat/CRM tools
  • Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
  • Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
