Handle inbound/outbound customer calls, resolve queries, and deliver exceptional service to clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Resolve customer queries and complaints effectively across voice channels
- Provide accurate information about products and services via call
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions calls
- Ensure chat SLA and response time targets are consistently met
- Meet daily and monthly performance targets for voice
- Collaborate with team leads to improve processes and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
- Strong typing speed and multitasking ability for chat support
- Prior experience in a voice or chat process is a plus
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with chat/CRM tools
- Ability to handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously
- Ability to work in rotational shifts
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
